Job Description
Responsibilities
Knowledge in Authority regulations DBC/DCD/DEWA regulation. Experience in detail drawings. Knowledge in Authority submission requirement. Knowledge of MEP/STR requirements. Handle the project from/after concept approval to prepare Detail Drawings and IFC package. Follow the project with MEP/STR and any 3rd party to provide coordinated Detailed Drawings. Attend clients meeting if required. Attend Authorities meetings to discuss the comment of the submissions. Review and reply any RFI from site team. Review as built drawings and prepare the submission package. Review MEP, DCD and STR drawings.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 to 7 years of Consultancy experience in Dubai.
