About the Company:

Smart Buildings Consultancy Engineering - Dubai Branch - is a specialized firm providing innovative architectural and engineering solutions in the fields of design and supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural designs in accordance with client requirements and approved standards in Dubai.

Produce detailed construction drawings and coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Conduct site supervision and follow up on construction stages to ensure work quality and compliance with approved designs.

Submit drawings to relevant authorities and follow up on approval procedures (Dubai Municipality, building permits, etc.).

Prepare 3D visualizations and presentation materials for projects.

Participate in the preparation of quantity take-offs and preliminary project estimates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai or the UAE in architectural design or supervision.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, 3ds Max).

Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Emirate of Dubai.

High-level skills in creativity, communication, and teamwork.

Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an added advantage.
