Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

with at least

3 years of professional experience in Dubai

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local architectural standards, building codes, and project execution in the UAE. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Prepare drawings, presentations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software. Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to design specifications. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and standards. Contribute innovative design ideas while maintaining functional and aesthetic integrity.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of professional architectural experience in Dubai

). Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and local construction practices. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
