About The Company
Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.
About The Job
Create detailed plans for the construction project. Present drawings and plans for approval. Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations. Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports. Study the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to mitigate any environmental risks. Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project. Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.
