a minimum of 4 years of experience
in architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare presentation materials, 3D models, and visualizations.
Coordinate with senior architects and consultants to develop design packages.
Support the preparation of construction documents and drawings.
Conduct site visits and assist in documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Lumion
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong design and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
