Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects with design drawings, site coordination, and project management. Create detailed drawings, including joinery designs, and coordinate with joinery factories. Support senior architects in client coordination, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. Collect material samples from vendors and manage vendor coordination. Sketch design ideas and develop innovative design concepts that align with client visions, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences. Lead the design process from initial sketches and mood boards to detailed drawings and specifications. Ensure a strong knowledge of drawings, designing, and material specifications, especially within the interior decoration industry. Manage joinery and fit-out projects, renovations, and new constructions for villas, apartments, offices, retail shops, government projects, landscaping, and outdoor design.- Assist senior architects with design drawings, site coordination, and project management. Required Software Knowledge

:

AutoCAD Drafting - MS Office - SketchUp - Enscape - Knowledge of Lumion and 3DS Max is a plus.
