Job Description



We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with a strong proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and the Adobe creative suite. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and develop your skills in a creative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to develop and refine design concepts for various projects. Contribute creative ideas and assist in the development of design presentations.

Software Proficiency: Utilize Rhino for 3D modeling, conceptual design, and advanced form-making. Create and manage Revit models for building documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections. Skillfully utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design, layout, and presentation materials.

Project Documentation: Contribute to the production of construction drawings, including detailing, annotations, and schedules, using Revit. Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Visualization: Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations using Enscape or Vray

Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and clients. Effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate on project objectives.

Research: Stay updated on architectural and design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices. Implement innovative techniques into design workflows.

Professional Development: Seek continuous learning and growth opportunities to enhance your skills in architectural design, software proficiency, and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and visualization.

Proficiency in Rhino for 3D modeling, form generation, and conceptual design.

Strong command of Revit for building documentation and project coordination.

Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for graphic design and presentation materials.

Knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methods.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under the guidance of senior architects.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A portfolio showcasing relevant projects and skills is required.
