Junior Architect

Job Description
We are looking for project architect to handle the architectural section of the company candidate must have experience in getting approval from municipalities with the updated requirement, coordinating with structural and MEP engineering, and handling the project from pre-concept to delivery.
- The minimum degree required is Bachelor\'s in Architecture, SOE preferred
- 3-5 years of experience within an architectural or engineering consultancy firm with similar role in Dubai.
- Responsible for developing packages of work in coordination with consultants, project leader and Principals.
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality Design Regulations and Guidelines.
- Ensuring that project records, including all working documents, are properly and promptly filed, and maintained and readily available for reference
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive the coordination of the project design and project team, including all subconsultants
- Well experienced in DM online portal system. (Required)
- Dubai Design District: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE Driving License is optional
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
