Position: Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated junior

Architect

with

3-5 years of professional experience with Developer Project

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate development projects and a strong understanding of local authority requirements. Experience working with master developers in Abu Dhabi is a must.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver architectural design packages from concept to detailed stages. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements. Prepare and review drawings, design documents, and technical submissions. Ensure designs meet authority standards (ADCD, ADM, Estidama, etc.) and master developer guidelines. Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering from a reputable university 3-5 years of professional experience, with proven exposure to development projects in Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of ADCD requirements, local authority submissions, and approval processes. Familiarity with master developer design guidelines and coordination procedures. Knowledge of

sustainability requirements

(Estidama, LEED) is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe and other relevant design software Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
