• Design Development: Collaborate with the project team in the development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines.
• Drafting and Documentation: Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and analyses to gather relevant information for project planning and design.
• Coordination: Work closely with senior architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into project development.
• Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2-5 years\' related experience, preferably in the international/Middle East construction industry, particularly with main contracting firms.
• Exposure to various project phases, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
