1-3 years of accounting experience
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with
SAP
(please specify modules used, e.g., SAP FI, CO)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and under minimal supervision
Hands-on experience with SAP FI module, particularly Accounts Payable.
Familiarity with transaction tax concepts related to AP (VAT and WHT).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Capable of handling 200+ vendors and 500+ monthly postings.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Work within
SAP
to process transactions and generate reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
Oversee invoice processing and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Facilitate payment proposals on scheduled cycles.
Conduct vendor reconciliations and generate related reports.
Manage vendor accounts and ensure accurate expense recognition.
