Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reports
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
Maintain proper filing of financial and store-related documents
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Record inward and outward movement of materials
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding stock requirements
Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
Assist management with reports related to accounts and inventory
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum
1-2 years
experience in accounting and store/inventory handling
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting software
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
