About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects. Exposure to MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) will be an added advantage.
The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and capable of coordinating effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure timely project progress.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Assist in site planning, material management, and quality control.
Coordinate with MEP and civil teams for smooth execution of works.
Review drawings and report discrepancies to the project engineer or site manager.
Ensure safety measures and site cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
Support in inspection, testing, and handover activities.
Communicate clearly with labour and subcontractors to ensure work quality and timelines.
