Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing/ developing structural designs, preparing detailed calculations, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of challenging projects in Gulf Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare structural design calculations for steel, concrete. Review detailed structural drawings and shop drawings. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration. Conduct structural analysis using software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000). Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client requirements. Perform site visits as needed to assess conditions and support construction. Prepare design reports, specifications, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

3-5 years

of relevant structural design experience. Strong knowledge of design codes (ACI, AISC, IS, Euro codes). Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD, ETABS, etc.) and AutoCAD/Revit. Good understanding of material behavior, load paths, and construction methods. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in large scale projects & high-rise buildings. Familiarity with BIM workflows. Well known of UAE local codes and standards.
