Roberto's Restaurant and Lounge in DOHA, QATAR is looking for a Jr. Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team who has a strong background in upscale restaurants with adequate previous experience. Job Requirements: o Previously worked in an upscale Italian restaurant is a MUST o Previous middle east experience is a PLUS o Well versed and flexible to manage all sections - an all rounder o Excellent spoken and written English o Well-kept and presentable candidate o Limited paperwork required for this position o Understanding of purchasing o Is creative and tactical o Ability to work in all kitchen sections Due to the nature of job and for communication reasons, Italians are preferred for this position.
