Job Description
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficient in computer applications
(MS Office, Email, ERP systems). Added knowledge ofUPVC / HDPE / PP piping systems & accessories
will be an advantage.Experience:
Preferably
1-3 years of experience
inMEP or HVAC industry
, but not mandatory.Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales team in
preparing quotations, submittals, and sales documents
. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for timely execution of orders. Maintain and updatesales records, inquiries, and order tracking
in the system. Support infollow-ups with clients
regarding quotations, LPOs, and deliveries. Preparedaily and weekly sales reports
for management review. Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination ability. Basic knowledge of MEP materials and product specifications (preferred). Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
