Job Title: Junior Planning Engineer - Fit-out

:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Junior Planning Engineer

with strong experience in

Fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will support the planning team in preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of activities as per project requirements.

Availability:

Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work programs using Primavera (P6) or MS Project. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to track daily progress. Monitor project milestones and update schedules accordingly. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. Assist in preparing project planning documents including baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans. Identify delays, risks, and resource requirements and communicate them to the planning team. Support in material tracking, procurement follow-ups, and manpower/resource planning. Ensure planning activities comply with project specifications and timelines. Maintain project documentation and progress records for fit-out works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in

Fit-out / Interior Works

. Proficiency in

Primavera (P6)

and/or

MS Project

. Strong understanding of fit-out project sequence, materials, and site operations. Ability to prepare and analyze project schedules and progress reports. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
