Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Update project timelines and monitor progress against baseline schedules
Support the Project Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track site activities, resource usage, and project milestones
Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material delivery
Assist in preparing extension of time (EOT) documentation and delay analysis
Maintain proper records of planning-related documents and correspondence
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
1-2 years of UAE experience
in planning or project coordination (fit-out preferred)
Proficiency in
Primavera P6

Understanding of project lifecycle and construction sequencing
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
