Collaborate with senior planning engineer and with project teams to develop project plans and schedules.
Developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure
Utilize Primavera to allocate resources efficiently, considering constraints and availability
Developing Histograms and generate S Curve using Primavera
Conduct critical path analysis to identify the most critical task
Creating project baselines in Primavera to establish a reference point for comparing planned versus actual progress.
Monitor and update project progress within Primavera, comparing actual progress against the baseline
