About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Jr. MEP Engineer, you will assist in the design and development of building systems, working closely with senior engineers and project managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for our clients.
Assist in the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects
Create and modify MEP drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Participate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project coordination
Perform basic calculations and analysis for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Support senior engineers in preparing project specifications and technical reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure MEP designs align with architectural and structural plans
Stay updated on local building codes and standards in Dubai and the UAE
Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient building systems
Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of MEP designs
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
0-2 years of experience in MEP engineering or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Knowledge of local building codes and standards in Dubai and the UAE
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
EIT (Engineer in Training) certification preferred
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and energy efficiency in building systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
