Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Engineer - Order Processing

to manage and coordinate the smooth flow of customer orders from receipt through to production. The candidate should be highly proficient into AutoCAD 2D. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, design, and production departments, ensuring all customer requirements are accurately translated into manufacturable work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process customer purchase orders for HVAC products and solutions. Interpret approved drawings and specifications and prepare internal work orders accordingly. Generate manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or related software. Coordinate with the Design and Application Engineering teams to finalize technical details. Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure material availability. Ensure accurate and timely release of production drawings to the shop floor. Address any queries from the production team related to design or order specs. Track order status and update stakeholders on progress and delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to company standards, quality procedures, and client expectations.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
