Job Description

Position: Jr Business Development Executive We are seeking a dynamic and results-drive Business Development Executive with a deep understanding of the UAE market to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing, and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region. Jr Business Development Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the UAE market to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Identify and explore new markets and industry sectors to diversify business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 3. In-depth knowledge of the UAE business landscape, industry sectors, and market trends. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with the local regulatory environment and business practices in the UAE. 2. Previous experience in sectors such as technology, finance, or healthcare is advantageous. 3. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for market analysis and customer relationship management.
