We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Junior Architect Modeler (UAE National) to join our Design team. The role focuses on developing accurate 3D architectural models, BIM content, and production drawings to support design development and construction documentation. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of senior architects and BIM leads to ensure coordination, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using BIM software (primarily Revit).
Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Assist in converting conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models.
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
Participate in clash detection and model review sessions.
Update models based on design revisions and consultant comments.
Support preparation of submission packages for authority approvals.
Maintain proper file naming, version control, and documentation in line with QA/QC procedures.
Assist in quantity take-offs and area calculations from BIM models when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
UAE National (Family Book required).
0-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.
Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape) is an advantage.
Understanding of UAE authority regulations and building codes is an advantage.
