Job Description
: Junior Accountant Job Summary: As a Junior Accountant in MEP Contracting, your role encompasses managing accounting operations, computing taxes, and preparing financial reports. You will audit financial transactions, maintain confidentiality and security, post journal entries, prepare reports, administer payrolls, analyze accounts, manage payables/receivables, handle VAT filings, and conduct cost control and financial analysis Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations
- Compute taxes and prepare financial reports & Handle VAT Filling
- Audit financial transactions
- Maintain confidentiality and security
- Post journal entries & Prepare reports, administer payrolls
- Analyze accounts, manage payables/receivables
- Cost control and financial analysis
- PDC management, cost accounting
- Bank reconciliations, supplier/customer reconciliations
- Assist with office management
- Coordinate projects, optimize costs
- Produce financial statements
- Manage accounts, payroll, invoices & LC\xe2\x80\x99s
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Self-motivated and independent
- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years MEP contracting company experience in Accounts
- English (preferred)
- Arabic Speaker an advantage
- Strong Excel, QuickBooks, ERP
- Immediate availability
- UAE driving license (optional)
- Open to candidates holding visit visa/cancelled visa
- Account P/A: 1 year (Required)
- Account R/A: 1 year (Required)
- Quick Book: 1 year (Required)
- MEP: 1 year (Required)
