We are Hiring: Journalist/Content Producer

We are looking for a creative and driven Multimedia Journalist/Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial instincts with digital creativity, capable of producing compelling stories and high-quality visual content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and gather information through interviews, press releases, and credible sources to craft impactful news stories. Pitch, develop, and produce engaging story ideas that align with our editorial vision and audience interests. Conduct interviews with key figures, experts, and witnesses to ensure factual accuracy and depth in coverage, particularly for investigative or feature pieces. Write clear, engaging, and accurate news articles under tight deadlines, maintaining the publication's editorial standards. React quickly to breaking news situations, delivering timely updates across digital and print platforms. Edit, cut, and optimize social media videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Ads) for maximum reach and engagement. Create captivating multimedia content (text + video) that strengthens brand messaging and builds community engagement. Adapt creatives for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent visual identity and message alignment. Plan, schedule, and publish posts across all digital channels. Collaborate on the development of innovative, viral, and high-performing content concepts. Ensure all content is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with brand guidelines.
Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in digital journalism, multimedia production, or visual storytelling. Proficiency in professional camera systems and editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). Strong editorial background with a proven track record in content creation for news and social-first platforms. A keen creative eye for visual storytelling and digital content direction. Deep understanding of social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
