To organize and host kids' birthday parties and special events in the QSR, ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe environment while delivering excellent customer service and memorable experiences for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome children and families, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
Plan, organize, and host kids' parties, including games, activities, and entertainment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of food and party packages.
Ensure the party area is clean, decorated, and prepared before each event.
Manage party schedules, announcements, and group activities.
Assist parents in customizing party themes, menus, and special requests.
Handle kids in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring their comfort and security.
Promote party packages and upsell additional services/products.
Collect customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with QSR policies.
