Your tasks

The Jointer Supervisor is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical HV cables and accessories on site. The Supervisor ensures the instruction of new jointers and that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in jointing, self responsibility and a commitment to health and safety practices:


Installation of polymer cables and accessories up to 500 kV Independent installation of high-quality cables and cable accessories Responsibility for on-site construction management Instruction/training of new employees Realisation of smaller routine cable tests (sheath tests) Preliminary work and cable laying

Your profile

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechanics, metalworking or a related field Ideally, initial experience in the installation of cables and accessories Knowledge of common MS Office programmes Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Arabic) is an advantage Intercultural competence Driving licence
