to oversee and manage our joinery workshop and on-site joinery works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry/joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves supervising joiners, coordinating with project managers, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to understand joinery drawings & details, materials finishes, Site requirements and high attention to details
Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards
Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
Materials and manpower planning and management
should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
Responsible for all joinery fit outs
Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
Good understanding of project control with respect to quality and Time management
Requirments
Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a joinery/carpentry environment.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
