Job Description
A Joinery Workshop Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of a workshop that specializes in designing, building, and installing joinery for construction projects. The Joinery Workshop Supervisor will oversee a team of workers, ensuring that they complete their work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of workers in the joinery workshop. Plan and coordinate the design, construction, and installation of joinery for construction projects. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Ensure that all joinery installations comply with building codes and safety regulations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Train and mentor new workers in joinery design, construction, and installation. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools used in joinery construction. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. Knowledge of joinery materials and construction techniques. Familiarity with hand and power tools used in joinery construction.
