Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop, including production planning and workflow control

Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and workshop staff

Ensure all joinery works are manufactured as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for smooth project execution

Monitor material usage, cutting lists, and stock control to minimize wastage

Ensure quality standards are maintained for all finished products

Plan and track production schedules to meet project deadlines

Maintain workshop machinery, tools, and safety standards

Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in the workshop

Provide training and guidance to workshop staff to improve productivity

Requirements



Proven experience as a Joinery Workshop Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of joinery, woodworking, and fit-out works

Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of workshop safety regulations

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

UAE/GCC experience preferred

Fluent in English and Hindi (Must)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
