Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Joinery Supervisor

to oversee and manage joinery works across various high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workshop operations and on-site installations, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a high level of

, especially when working on confidential client spaces and sensitive projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise joinery works both in the workshop and on-site, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to schedule and execute joinery tasks. Oversee and manage carpenters, joiners, and site operatives, ensuring efficient workforce allocation. Review drawings and technical details to ensure proper fabrication and installation. Conduct quality checks on all joinery work and ensure timely resolution of any issues or defects. Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used properly and maintained regularly. Maintain accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and project progress. Exercise a high degree of

discretion

when working on VIP or sensitive client sites, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on all job sites. Report project status and any critical issues to senior management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in joinery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of joinery materials, machinery, and finishes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Proven ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:
