Job Title: Joinery Supervisor

This role requires someone who is practical, organized, multitasking, and able to ensure high-quality production while maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Joinery Workshop Supervision

Manage daily production activities inside the joinery. Allocate tasks to carpenters and monitor progress and quality. Ensure all work follows drawings, measurements, and specifications. Conduct quality checks for cutting, assembly, edge finishing, and final output. Maintain workshop discipline, organization, and safety standards.

Production Coordination

Plan workloads based on order priority and deadlines. Coordinate with design team for shop drawings and clarifications. Prepare cutting lists and material requirements. Track job statuses and report daily updates to management.

Site Coordination

Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and installation checks. Ensure installation teams follow correct procedures and finishing standards. Resolve site issues promptly and professionally.

Procurement & Material Handling

Prepare material lists (plywood, MDF, laminate, edge banding, hardware, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing and deliveries. Manage stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure materials arrive on time.

Team Leadership

Supervise carpenters, helpers, and finishing workers. Train team members to improve speed, accuracy, and overall workmanship. Maintain a productive, organized, and quality-driven work environment.

RequirementsExperience

2-5 years of experience in Joinery / Fit-Out industry

(mandatory). Strong background in furniture manufacturing or interior joinery. Experience supervising joinery teams and understanding production flow. UAE experience preferred.

Skills

Knowledge of joinery machines, materials, and hardware. Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings. Strong communication, problem-solving, and task-management skills. Ability to handle both workshop and site responsibilities.

Other

UAE Driving License is an advantage..
