We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Joinery Supervisor

to oversee our workshop operations and ensure the successful execution of bespoke joinery and furniture projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing joinery production, ensuring quality control, and leading a skilled team of craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all joinery workshop activities for bespoke furniture and luxury joinery works. Review and interpret technical and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution. Monitor quality at every production stage, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and finishing. Lead and manage a team of joinery carpenters, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and site supervisors to achieve project goals. Manage material usage efficiently and ensure proper handling of veneers, solid wood, MDF, and finishing materials. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all joinery and furniture items meet design specifications and client expectations.

Requirements:

12-15 years

of total experience in joinery, with

at least 6 years

in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of

bespoke furniture manufacturing

and

high-end joinery production

. Proven ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed technical drawings. Excellent eye for detail, finishing, and precision workmanship. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with modern woodworking machinery, tools, and finishing techniques.

GCC experience

is highly preferred.
