Supervise and coordinate joinery workshop production and site installation teams.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and cutting lists.
Ensure all joinery works meet required quality standards and project specifications.
Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Liaise with project managers, designers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Monitor daily workshop activities and progress against project timelines.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards in workshop and site works.
Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and challenges in joinery works.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure finishing standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of production, site progress, and material usage.
Train, guide, and motivate carpenters, joiners, and helpers to improve productivity.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
