The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily joinery workshop/site operations, supervising carpenters and workers, ensuring high-quality joinery works, and coordinating with project/site teams to deliver on-time and within standards.
Supervise joinery workshop/site activities including cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing.
Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and helpers.
Ensure all joinery works meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Plan materials, tools, and resources required for smooth workflow.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project timelines.
Conduct inspections and quality checks before dispatch/installation.
Resolve technical and operational issues related to joinery works.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
