Joinery Supervisor

to manage and oversee our joinery operations and site installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily joinery and carpentry activities in the factory and on-site. Ensure production and installation work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, joinery details, and material specifications. Manage workforce productivity and delegate tasks to carpenters, fabricators, and helpers. Conduct quality checks and enforce safety procedures in the workshop and on-site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor inventory levels and material usage to reduce waste and downtime. Resolve technical issues and provide hands-on support when required.

Requirements:

Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in a

joinery/furniture supervisory role

within the UAE. Strong background in

interior fit-out, custom furniture, and woodworking/joinery

. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-end joinery works. Excellent knowledge of joinery machines, tools, and materials. Ability to read shop drawings and translate them into practical execution. Strong organizational and communication skills. UAE driving license (preferred).
