Supervise the day-to-day sites activities and report the same to operation manager.
Frequently update the operation manager on project requirements regarding staff, equipment as well as materials.
Report daily the status of installation works and its progress Update the operation manager on and changes that may occur regarding materials / drawings etc.
Coordinate with all other third parties such as subcontractors / consultants.
Adhere to health & safety and quality procedure to be in full compliance with regulations / standards and specifications.
Job qualifications/requirements
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related
UAE Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role WELL EQUIPPED joinery industry Only
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the execution joinery works; finishing works as well as installations.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team of joinery craftsmen, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
