to manage and oversee the execution of joinery and fit-out works at various project sites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of interior fit-out and custom-made joinery items, and be capable of coordinating between the site, design, and factory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage joinery works at the project site from start to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for timely execution of works.
Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to joinery.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Conduct site measurements, material take-offs, and coordinate material deliveries.
Provide technical support and resolve site issues in coordination with the design and production team.
Monitor daily work progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure rectifications are completed before project handover.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of custom joinery, cabinetry, and interior fit-out materials.
Ability to read and interpret joinery and architectural drawings.
Good communication and site coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in handling site challenges and technical issues.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project planning tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects.
Knowledge of production processes and installation techniques for joinery items.
UAE/Gulf experience is preferred.
