Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Joinery Project Manager

to oversee and manage joinery and furniture fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, and site teams, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met. Oversee preparation and review of technical drawings, material schedules, and production details. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Manage project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and variation orders. Liaise closely with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material delivery. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve company objectives and maintain productivity. Review and approve project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in

joinery or interior fit-out project management

. Strong technical understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, and installation processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
