Job Description

Function:

Project Execution

Reports to:

Operations / Management

Role Purpose

Deliver joinery projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project kickoff & scope review Prepare project execution & installation plans Coordinate Design, Production & Procurement Manage site installation teams Client & consultant communication Identify, price & report variations Monitor progress, quality & safety Snag closure & project handover
Deliverables

Project programs Weekly progress reports Variation logs Completion & handover reports
KPIs

On-time delivery Budget adherence Client satisfaction Variation recovery
Requirements

5+ years joinery / fit-out project management Strong coordination & leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:

* Driving license (Preferred)
