Job Description
A reputed Wood Fabrication Company specializing in manufacturing Doors, Kitchen Cabinets, wardrobes & vanities in Umm Al Quwain is looking for \xe2\x80\x9c Joinery Production Manager\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Should have 5 to 8 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Business Developmental Managerial Category with an interior-joinery -fit-out firm in UAE.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Manage the P&L of the Plant / Factory and develop short and long term strategies to ensure profitability.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop factory staff
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Commit to factory safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Responsible for overall Plant / Factory performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods and ensuring efficient, organized storage.
- Address employees\xe2\x80\x99 issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
- Create and manage budgets
- Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment
- Must have UAE Driving License
- Must have a strong client base in UAE
- Product experience is mandatory
- Candidate must be available in UAE
- Umm Al Quwain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Sales Manager in Fit out: 3 years (Preferred)
- English, Arabic (Preferred)
- Driver License (Required)
