Urgently in need of Carpentry/Joinery Production Manager with 10+ years of manager position experience in a fit-out manufacturing set up:

\xe2\x80\xa2 Planning, coordination and control of our manufacturing processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the production is cost effective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working out the human and material resources needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting a timescale for the job. \xe2\x80\xa2 Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with top managers to implement the company\'s policies and goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising and motivating a team of workers \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing the performance of subordinates \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying training needs

Desired Skills and Experience:
