Working with SCM Brand - Joinery Machines is a plus. Responsible for the operation of the whole furniture factory. Fully responsible for both production and delivering high quality finished product. Responsible for daily finances & administration, quality control and problem solving. Planning, coordination and control of our manufacturing processes. Responsible in checking the as-built on site for joinery production drawing reference. Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. Manages the whole production process and must maintain very high-quality standards for the end product. Manage the production factory through efficient and cost-effective production processes related to furniture and joinery projects. Prioritize all production works and output in-line with project delivery demand schedules. Manpower, capacity, equipment, materials planning and control. Work with estimation department in assessing material and manhour labor production forecasts to provide accurate manufacturing costs. Plan, maintain all service and maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment and ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition. Train, supervise and manage all factory employees in efficient and safe working practices and procedures and be fully aware of all health and safety regulations and work policies. Working with other related department to ensure proper production drawing will be done prior to manufacturing. Prepare management reports, budgets and production plans. Materials procurement and inventory management. Management of contractors and subcontractors. Ensure all health, safety and quality procedures and requirements are met. And any other tasks that may arise from time to time instructed from Client's office Job Type: Full-time
