Joinery / Interior Fit Out Draughtsman
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Draughtsman with solid experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of preparing accurate drawings that bring designs to life
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings
Create architectural drawings for joinery & interior fit-out projects
Develop detailed shop drawings and cutting lists for production of joinery, loose furniture, and case goodsTake site measurements and prepare concept drawings with high accuracy
Coordinate with Project Managers, and Designers for design updates and changes
Interpret and translate concept drawings into technical drawings for manufacturingReview, redraft, and finalize drawings with the Project Manager
Identify and communicate potential design issues proactively Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience with an Interior Fit-Out company in the UAE
Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software
Proficiency in preparing shop drawings, as-builtsExcellent understanding of joinery, fit-out processes, and site conditions
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
