Job Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for

interior, fit-out, and joinery design

projects. Work closely with project managers to translate design concepts and mood boards into accurate visuals Interpret design briefs, architectural drawings, and hand sketches into detailed 3D models Ensure accuracy and a high level of detail in all outputs, including material, lighting, and spatial presentation Deliver compelling render presentations and 3D walkthroughs to support client approvals and design decisions Revise 3D visuals promptly based on feedback from the design team or clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a 3D Designer in the interior fit-out or joinery industry.

Skills:

Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of materials, lighting, texturing, rendering, and technical detailing.

Location:

Must be willing to work in Al Quoz 1, Dubai.

Assessment:

Candidates should be prepared to complete a 3D modeling and rendering task as part of the recruitment process.
A portfolio of relevant interior or joinery projects is mandatory.
