Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide carpenters, helpers, and finishing workers.
Understand and interpret technical/shop drawings and project requirements.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and finishing standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Manage materials, tools, and manpower to meet deadlines.
Enforce safety standards in the workplace.
Solve on-site technical and execution issues.
Ensure installation and fabrication work meets specifications.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in joinery/interior fit-out.
Strong practical knowledge of wood, MDF, laminates, veneer, and hardware.
Ability to read and execute shop drawings.
Experience in team handling and work coordination.
Familiarity with carpentry machinery and power tools.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving mindset and time management.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Education:
ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or Interior Fit-Out.
Supervisory or foreman-level training is preferred.
