Joinery Foreman
to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications under the guidance of the Production Manager.Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of joinery projects Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
Have to know cutting list
Manage procurement of materials and equipment Enforce safety policies and promote safe working practices Communicate with project managers and stakeholders Facilitate coordination among trades and departmentsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to read technical drawings and
MUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE CUTTING LIST
