Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure high workmanship standards.
Review drawings and coordinate with draftsmen and engineers for technical clarifications.
Ensure proper material usage and reduce wastage.
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in
joinery fabrication and finishing works
.
Minimum
8-10 years
experience in Joinery Factory.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
Knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance.
