Job Description
Joinery Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters
- Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of joinery projects
- Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify issues
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Enforce safety policies and promote safe working practices
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination among trades and departments
- Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role
- Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in joinery tools and equipment
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
