We're Hiring: Joinery & Fit-out Estimator (Full-Time)

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us:

ANZ Interiors is a leading interior fit-out and bespoke joinery company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and event-related woodwork projects. We are currently looking for a

skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design plans Coordinate with production and procurement teams for updated pricing Analyze project requirements including materials, labor, and time Assist in tender submissions and value engineering Conduct site visits when necessary Provide technical advice and support to the sales and design teams

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of

UAE experience in joinery estimation

Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and pricing Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings High attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work from our office/workshop in

Al Quoz

Must be organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Note:

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical

estimation exercise

. You will be required to prepare a

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

with a

detailed material and cost breakdown

based on a sample drawing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
